Nestled in the scenic landscape of Saunton, North Devon our team at L Vickery is proud to present the transformation of Saunton Cottage.
This project has consisted of a comprehensive internal renovation and refurbishment, along with essential structural work, aimed at breathing new life into this charming rural dwelling.
Our approach involved a careful balance between preserving the cottage's traditional character and introducing modern amenities. We've undertaken structural reconfiguration, reinforced and upgraded the flooring, and replaced the original floors to ensure a sturdy and long-lasting foundation. Essential services and drainage systems have been renewed, and we’ve implemented extensive groundworks, including a damp-proof delta system tanking, to protect and enhance the building’s integrity.
